Key Responsibilities

Market Growth
- Drive sales performance to achieve business objectives and territory targets.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand market coverage and increase product availability.
- Develop action plans to improve sales productivity and market penetration.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional strategies.

Distribution Management
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors and channel partners.
- Maintain healthy distributor relationships and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and sales performance across markets.
- Ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding payments.

Retail & Trade Development
- Strengthen relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key trade partners.
- Increase outlet coverage and improve product visibility in the market.
- Execute merchandising standards and promotional activities at retail outlets.




- Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities and customer preferences.

Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and monitor field sales executives and sales officers.
- Conduct regular market visits and performance review meetings.
- Train and mentor team members to improve execution and productivity.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Required
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG or food product sales.
- Proven experience in distributor handling and territory management.
- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving market expansion goals.
