Production Planning & Operations Management
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational discipline throughout the facility.

Material Management & Inventory Control
- Manage raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory.
- Ensure accurate stock monitoring and timely replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate material inward and outward movements.
- Minimize material wastage and inventory discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control systems and maintain accurate records.

BOM (Bill of Materials) & Production Planning
- Create, maintain, and update BOMs for all products.




- Monitor material consumption against standard BOMs.
- Analyze variances and recommend improvements to optimize costs and reduce wastage.
- Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Order Tracking & Dispatch Management
- Monitor customer orders from production planning through dispatch.
- Ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain delivery schedules.
- Track production status and provide updates on order completion timelines.
- Maintain dispatch records and documentation.

Vendor Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding material procurement and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, invoices, and compliance documents.
- Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Support sourcing activities
