Global Strategy and Operations (GSOP) is looking for a Manager - Regulatory Change & Inventory Management (RCIM) focused on ensuring program governance and compliance oversight is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.

Required:
- Experience in operational risk management. Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.
- Robust project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in program governance,



with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
- Experience in providing governance, oversight and quality assurance for operational or risk management processes.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyse data, identify trends, and assess/evaluate risk scenarios effectively.

Preferred:
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines.
- Oversee the implementation of the operational risk governance frameworks.
- Communicating and ensuring understanding and adherence to operational risk procedures and standards.
- Experience in financial services industry, with a particular focus on regulatory adherence.
