Patient Care: Perform initial assessments, record medical histories, and manage daily hygiene, feeding, and wound care.
- Clinical Procedures: Administer medications, start IVs, draw blood, and assist physicians during medical examinations and surgeries.
- Vitals & Monitoring: Regularly track and record patients' vital signs, and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Communication: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and post-discharge recovery steps.
- Compliance: Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, and ensure accurate updates to patient medical records.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
