Job Description:
As Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Daily Bank Balance Check and maintain.
- Payment up to date Outstanding List
- TPA Google Sheet Maintain.
- Medical GST & Professional Tax.
- Calling for Outstanding Payments.
Manage IPD and OPD billing accurately and efficiently.
Handle all financial transactions of the hospital.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain updated bank records.
Manage net banking operations and online transactions.
Oversee insurance billing and coordination with insurance companies.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and verify all banking statements and financial reports.
Conduct bank visits as required for transactions and documentation.
Manage EMI processing and handling.
Track and monitor outstanding payments.
Prepare monthly accounting reports and summaries.
Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements of the organization.
Handle monthly salary processing and related documentation and salary slips.
Conduct medical and lab billing audits to ensure accuracy.
Process vendor payments and verify related documents.
Ensure verification of all financial transactions within the hospital.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, records, and reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Manage payroll processing and related tax filings
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Support external audits and prepare audit documentation
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns
- Managing the TPA billing process.
- IPD,OPD billing.
Qualification
Relevant Experience in Accounting.
