Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Marketing
- YouTube Campaigns
- SEO & SMM
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for sales growth.
- Handle social media presence and content strategy across all digital platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Improve website ranking through on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Create monthly marketing reports with insights, ROI analysis, and performance recommendations.
- Manage online reputation and customer engagement activities.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Oversee branding,
promotional activities, and digital advertising budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of:
- SEO/SEM/SM
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Experience with marketing tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Canva
- HubSpot/Mailchimp
- WordPress
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, recruitment, or service-based industries preferred.
- Knowledge of video marketing and influencer collaborations is a plus.
