We are looking for a Government Tender Executive with experience in handling government tenders, e-procurement portals, bid documentation, and tender submission processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government tenders from various procurement portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit tender bids on government e-procurement portals.
- Coordinate with departments for collection of documents, certifications, and quotations.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, security deposits, and contract documents.
- Follow up with government departments regarding tender status, clarifications, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
- Prepare correspondence related to tenders, contracts, and bid participation.





Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Government Tendering and Procurement Processes.
- Experience with GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement Portals, and State Government Tender Portals.
- Solid documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender submissions.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in government tender handling is preferred.
- Knowledge of bid preparation, EMD, Performance Security, and contract management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District)
