Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to clients
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support emotional and behavioral well-being
- Maintain confidential and accurate records of sessions and progress reports
- Participate in regular supervision and peer discussions
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and rehabilitation staff
- Conduct awareness or psychoeducation sessions when required
Requirements:
- Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including diagnostic evaluations, testing, and treatment planning.
- Understanding of Medicine and its interface with mental health and addiction,
enabling effective collaboration with medical professionals.
- M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized) and/or relevant postgraduate degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology or equivalent; valid professional registration or eligibility as per local regulations.
