Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor earthwork, excavation, foundations, RCC works, masonry, finishing, roads, drainage, and related civil works.
- Ensure quality control through inspections, testing, and compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), work schedules, and material requirement plans.
- Verify line, level, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards at the site.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
- Resolve technical issues and support project planning and execution teams.
- Maintain project documentation, measurements, and billing records.

Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
