We are looking for a passionate and capable Commerce Educator specializing in Economics and Accountancy who can help students move beyond memorization and develop genuine understanding, analytical thinking, and confidence.
Most importantly, we are looking for educators who enjoy working directly with students in a classroom environment and believe that meaningful learning happens through real human interaction.
This is an onsite teaching opportunity at our learning centres in Sahakarnagar and Yelahanka.
What You'll Do
- Teach Economics and Accountancy to Grades 9-12 students across CBSE and ICSE curricula
- Build strong conceptual understanding and examination readiness
- Conduct engaging,
interactive classes that encourage questioning, discussion, and critical thinking
- Support students with school examinations, board preparation, projects, and assignments
- Track academic progress and provide individualized support where needed
- Mentor students in study habits, confidence-building, and academic discipline
- Collaborate with parents and academic leaders to ensure excellent student outcomes
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Strong command over Economics and Accountancy
- Prior teaching experience for Grades 9-12 preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills
- Ability to simplify concepts and connect with students
- Passion for education and student development
- A growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn continuously
