Job Title: Factory Manager - Façade & Windows Manufacturing

Location : Goa Unit (Industrial Estate)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Senior Management

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Operations & Production Management
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
- Optimize plant layout, machinery usage, and workflow to maximize output and reduce bottlenecks.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies to minimize scrap and material wastage.
- Oversee regular maintenance of fabrication machinery (cutting, routing, crimping, and welding machines).

2. Engineering Supervision & Design Review
- Supervise the design engineering team to ensure shop drawings and fabrication sheets are accurate.
- Review structural calculations, material take-offs (MTOs), and cutting lists before production begins.
- Ensure all manufactured window and façade systems comply with architectural specifications and wind-load requirements.

3. Execution, Supply Chain & Logistics




- Coordinate production schedules with project timelines to ensure on-time delivery to construction sites.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials (aluminium profiles, uPVC, glass, hardware, and gaskets).
- Oversee the secure packaging, loading, and logistics of fragile materials from factory to site.
- Liaise with site execution teams to resolve any fitment or fabrication issues instantly.

4. Team Leadership & Factory Administration
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team of production engineers, supervisors, and floor labor.
- Manage labor relations, attendance, shift scheduling, and ensure compliance with factory safety laws.
- Evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and conduct technical training programs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering. An MBA in Operations Management is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in façade/window manufacturing,
