Job Title: DMS (Dealer Management System) Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented DMS Operator to manage and maintain data within the Dealer Management System. The role involves accurate data entry, record management, report generation, and coordination with sales, service, accounts, and inventory teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer, vehicle, sales, and service data in the DMS.
- Generate invoices, job cards, delivery notes, and other system documents.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, deliveries, and stock movements.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the DMS.
- Coordinate with sales, service, spare parts,



and accounts departments for system updates.
- Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain digital records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist with system audits and data backups as required.
- Support users with basic DMS-related queries and operational issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
