Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to own our creator ecosystem strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with lifestyle, shopping, tech, and entertainment creators to drive user acquisition, brand trust, and transaction volume. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video platforms.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with creators to design engaging, high-converting briefs focused on online shopping hacks, festive sales, and savings rewards.
- Relationship Building: Identify, vet, and onboard micro, macro, and mega influencers. Maintain strong relationships with direct creators and talent management agencies.
- ROI & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using UTM tracking links, promo codes,



and platform analytics to ruthlessly optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Commercials & Compliance: Handle end-to-end legal contracting, commercial negotiations, and ensure strict adherence to ASCI disclosure guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Influencer Marketing (Experience within E-commerce, D2C, Affiliate Networks, or a digital agency setup is highly preferred).
- Network: A solid, existing network of lifestyle, fashion, utility, or shopping creators and talent managers in India.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking metrics (ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates) using Excel or tracking tools.
- Negotiation: Exceptional communication and bargaining skills to secure optimal commercial rates.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida for a full time, on-site role.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
