Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage freight shipments
- Negotiate rates with carriers and clients
- Build strong relationships with customers & transporters
- Track loads and ensure timely delivery
- Handle dispatching, documentation & communication
Required Skills:
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of freight brokerage & logistics operations
- Ability to manage loads and coordinate with carriers
- Basic knowledge of load boards & transportation processes
- Problem-solving and customer handling skills
