About the Role:
The BJS Family is looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Projects Manager to help coordinate and deliver marketing activity across our growing group of companies.
Based within the team in Mohali, this role will act as a central link between the wider BJS Family marketing function and the operational delivery teams within Beyond.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing across the BJS Family brands, while day-to-day management and operational coordination will sit with the Digital Marketing Head. The role is designed to improve project visibility, streamline communication, and ensure marketing work is delivered efficiently across internal teams and external agencies.
Rather than directly managing specialists, this role focuses on coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring work is progressing through the correct channels.
For example, where a BJS project requires website updates, campaign support, SEO work or creative amendments,
the Marketing Projects Manager would coordinate requirements with the relevant stakeholders and work alongside the Digital Marketing Head, who would continue to manage and distribute work internally within the Beyond team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing projects across the BJS Family brands
- Manage timelines, priorities, approvals and delivery schedules
- Ensure projects progress smoothly from briefing through to completion
- Maintain visibility of project status across departments and stakeholders
Internal Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between BJS stakeholders and the Beyond delivery teams
- Coordinate requirements for web, design, SEO, content, social media and digital marketing tasks
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Head to ensure work is delegated and prioritised appropriately within the Beyond team
