Position:City Engineer
- EV Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities:
- On-field role responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV chargers and related electrical systems at client locations.
- Deliver basic operational training to clients during installations.
- Provide effective product support and ensure preventive maintenance is conducted at regular intervals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EV charger, networking, and power-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Report all maintenance and service activities promptly.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Follow Kazam’s field service standards, safety, and operational policies.
- Maintain an adequate stock of spare parts and EV components for service efficiency and should know Vendor Management





Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in service, maintenance, or field support (EV industry preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of EV chargers, power electronics, RS-485/Modbus communication, and CMS/EMS platforms is a plus.
- Self-driven, multitasking, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
