- Purpose of the Role
Market Securities Services (MSS) is part of the Bangalore Legal Department and provides advice, guidance and support to CIB by negotiating and executing master trading documentation such as the ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association)
Master Agreement and Credit Support Annex (foreign exchange and derivatives trading), the Custody Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreement or Master Repurchase Agreement (repo trading) and the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (securities lending/borrowing) and other industry-standard documentation.
In this role, you will:
- To undertake end to end negotiation and execution of Traded Market Documents such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) Master Agreement, CSA (Credit Support Annex), AFMA (Australian Financial Markets Association), GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement), GMSLA (Global Master Securities Lending Agreement), CDEA (Europe ClearedDerivatives Execution Agreement), Compensation Agreements, Guarantees, FX Give Up notices and other related documents.
