A Production Manager for cattle feed oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production of high-quality livestock nutrition, team management, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily, end-to-end production operations and shift activities to meet company goals.
- Maintain quality standards, ensuring feed meets nutritional and safety guidelines.
- Supervise, train, and motivate shop-floor staff, setting KPIs for team members.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, manage budgets, and oversee raw material procurement.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and coordinate the maintenance and repair of production machinery.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and inventory teams to ensure seamless workflow.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in animal science or related fields.
- Experience: Mandatory experience in the feed industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of feed production, machinery, and quality standards.
- Managerial Skills: Robust leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
