This role is contributing to the machine automation within ABB's Automation division in Pune/Mumbai-India region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing technical support for testing, installation, commissioning, debugging, and diagnostics activities.- Assisting in preparing engineering proposals and presentations, and maintaining effective communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying and managing project risks/issues, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and promoting teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation or related discipline).- Well-developed understanding of Industrial Automation systems like PLCs, motors, drives, motion control and robotic systems
- Demonstrable experience in building solid and enduring customer relationships within highly dynamic and competitive markets
- Positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
- Willing to travel for site support and commissioning as required.
