Greet customers and assist them in selecting products for babies, kids, and mothers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, advantages, and usage to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Manage product displays and ensure merchandise is arranged as per company standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and stock audits.
