Key Responsibilities
- Handle International client accounts and business opportunities.
- Generate and convert leads into sales.
- Train and guide the sales team on product selling and lead conversion.
- Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience handling US/international clients.
- Solid team management and sales training skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
- B2C: 2 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
