Key Responsibilities1. Supplier Experience Ownership
- Define and measure “excellent supplier experience” through explicit behavioral and operational metrics.
- Proactively solve supplier challenges with sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Set and enforce standards for response time, communication clarity, issue resolution, and escalation.
- Champion root-cause analysis over temporary fixes.
- Guarantee reliability, professionalism, and accountability at every touchpoint.

2. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor the Relationship Management team.
- Develop capabilities in structured communication, expectation management, and ownership.
- Foster judgment-based decision-making alongside process adherence.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to align supplier commitments with operational capabilities.
- Prevent and resolve misalignments between promises and execution.
- Serve as a liaison when operational changes affect supplier expectations.

4. Cultural Stewardship
- Cultivate a partnership-based (not transactional) supplier relationship culture.




- Uphold high standards of service, ethics, and long-term collaboration.

Experience:

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
