Ignyt Fitness is looking for a agile, energetic, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, welcoming members, and driving gym membership sales through effective lead communication and facility tours.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Management: Active calling of existing clients for renewals and pitching to new leads to drive membership sales.
- Client Hosting: Welcoming members, giving walk-in clients comprehensive tours of the gym facility, and highlighting our equipment and culture.
- Customer Support: Promptly resolving member queries, handling phone calls, and managing front-desk administrative tasks.
- Operations: Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone etiquette.
- Traits: Energetic, punctual,



and highly self-motivated with a passion for fitness or a healthy lifestyle.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, telecalling, hospitality, or front-desk roles (experience in the fitness industry is a major plus).
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent minimum.
