Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through E-Mail / Chat Executive in pune professionally
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints within TAT
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams when required

Skills Required:
- Good written English communication skills
- Typing speed:20-30 WPM:
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
