- Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to
- oversee the execution of fintech/SaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment,
- and seamless coordination between engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure,

ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, product, and business

teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Agile & Scrum Implementation:



Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for

tech teams (if applicable).
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement mitigation

strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation (BRDs, SOWs, Change tracker,

progress reports) and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise clients to understand requirements,

provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management practices to enhance

efficiency
- Supporting Key business processes to improve overall efficiency

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
