Job Title: Sales Executive/Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads from online platforms (portals, social media, inbound queries).
- Connect with leads via calls and follow-ups to support conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM/tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
- Basic experience in lead generation and call-based follow-ups.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
Compensation:
- ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
- Performance-based growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
