Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all warehouse operations receiving, material checking, storage, and dispatch.
- Verify and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and recording of all inventory items.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material inward and outward movement.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper layout of the warehouse/store.
- Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor daily performance.
- Prepare periodic inventory and material movement reports.




- Implement FIFO/LIFO methods and maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field).
- 2-7 years of experience in warehouse/store operations or inventory management.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work under deadlines.
- Familiar with material handling procedures and safety norms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
