Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the bakery outlet
- Handle customer orders for cakes, pastries, snacks, and beverages
- Maintain bakery product display and stock arrangement
- Support billing and counter operations
- Pack bakery items properly for takeaway and delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the store area
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
- Help in receiving and arranging fresh bakery products daily
- Maintain positive customer service and resolve basic customer queries
- Follow food safety and grooming standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass
- Experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or retail store preferred
- Positive communication and customer handling skills
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is a plus
- Friendly, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
