Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their business requirements
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, digital) to execute campaigns effectively
Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to deadlines
Prepare client briefs, presentations, and reports
Monitor campaign performance and share insights with clients
Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally

Key Skills Required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media planning
Client handling and relationship management expertise

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
