1. Vehicle Performance Monitoring

Track vehicle utilization, running kilometers, trip

details, downtime, and operational efficiency

across all locations.

2. Fuel Cost Analysis

Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and fuel cost

per kilometer for each vehicle and identify

abnormal variances or misuse.

3. Maintenance Cost Control

Maintain records of servicing, repairs, tire

changes, breakdowns, and calculate

maintenance cost per kilometer vehicle-wise.

4. MIS & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly fleet performance

reports including fuel efficiency, maintenance

trends, idle vehicles, and high-cost vehicles.

5. Compliance & Coordination

Coordinate with local teams/drivers to ensure

timely servicing, document renewals, insurance

validity, and accurate vehicle data updates in ERP

or tracking systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
