Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work setting
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading engineering schematics, along with basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong ability to handle hand tools, power tools, and precise measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Physical Capabilities: Good physical stamina, as the role often requires lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long period
