Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete site execution for interior finishing and modular fit-out projects.
- Supervise finishing works including false ceiling, painting, flooring, wall paneling, partitions, polishing, and modular installations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and site teams.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work completion as per drawings and timelines.
- Verify measurements, material requirements, and site readiness before execution.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and project management teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Attend site meetings and resolve execution-related issues.




- Ensure timely handover of projects with proper finishing quality.
- Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in interior finishing and modular fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of interior materials, site coordination, and finishing standards.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and execute accordingly.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
