Experience
- Years of Exp:



8 to 14 years in IBMS service portfolio with people handling a minimum of 5 years. Incumbent should have experience in serving BMS, Security, and Safety Systems. Should possess experience with latest and the legacy products. Should be familiar with CRM Systems.
- Should possess ERP knowledge and user experience.
- Service sales experience should be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Required to lead a team of service engineers, within the region.
- Responsible for creating monthly revenue, billing, and collection plans and is responsible for delivering the same.
- Required to manage the monthly maintenance plan and timely execution of the same.
- Resource mapping and utilization to manage the resource absorption to the level of the planned number month on month.
- Required to manage the customer escalations promptly.
- Periodic meetings with customers are essential to retain all the customers and improve the customer satisfaction index. Internal review meeting
