- Enter and update data accurately in company databases, including Google Sheets and internal tools, while maintaining speed and precision
- Verify, review, and enhance data by conducting research through multiple online sources such as company websites and relevant platforms
- Carry out routine data audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of records
- Organize and maintain clean, structured, and properly formatted data according to company standards




- Coordinate with internal departments to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize errors
- Prepare, upload, and manage information on internal systems and portals as per established procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (completed)
- 0-1 year of experience; freshers with strong relevant skills are welcome to apply
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong computer proficiency with fast typing speed and efficient navigation skills
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new workflows and processes
- Ability to follow defined procedures and maintain consistency in work
- Robust attention to detail and capability to handle large volumes of data accurately
- Good English communication, comprehension, and speaking skills
- Awareness of current global events and trend
