Designation: International voice process agent - Lead Generation
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to indian and international companies participating in global trade shows/expos and exhibitions.
Pitching the company's exhibition design, booth fabrication/construction services to the prospect clients
Navigate gatekeepers to reach Marketing Managers or Exhibition Leads to pitch our design capabilities.
Regularly updating the lists and database of individual client contact details.
Transition prospects into active leads by successfully obtaining the "Exhibition Stall Brief" (design requirements, stall dimensions, and budget).
meeting the revenue targets set by the organisation.
Skills:Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent for international markets.
Active Listening: Understanding client needs and concerns by listening attentively.
Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with potential clients to foster long-term business relationships.
Prior experience in the events and exhibitions would be an added advantage
Document all interactions and lead statuses accurately in CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales and design team.
