Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing café menu items, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare café dishes such as sandwiches, pasta, salads, breakfast items, and snacks
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock, and ingredient usage
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of café-style and continental cooking
- Creativity and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Team coordination and kitchen discipline
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 2-6 years experience in café/kitchen operations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
