Job Summary

The Assistant Store Incharge is responsible for supporting daily store and warehouse operations in an FMCG production environment. The role includes inventory management, material handling, stock monitoring, dispatch coordination, and maintaining accurate records to ensure uninterrupted production activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain proper stock records in ERP/software/manual registers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.
- Verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, invoices, and stock entries.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for material issuance.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety,



and storage standards.
- Supervise loading/unloading activities and store helpers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or damages.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Inventory and stock management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)
- Understanding of warehouse operations
- Attention to detail and record accuracy
- Team handling capability

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
