We are hiring for the position of Bridal Trainer at our skill development center located at Rabindra Satabarsiki Mahavidyalaya, Ghatal.

- Location: Rabindra Satabarsiki Mahavidyalaya, Ghatal, West Bengal
- Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
- Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on skincare, haircare, makeup, and grooming techniques.
- Educate staff on the use and benefits of beauty products and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce recent techniques during sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement..
- Maintain records of training programs, attendance, and progress reports.

Requirements:




- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a beauty trainer.
- Certification in cosmetology, makeup, skincare, or haircare.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, tools, and treatments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to work with trainees at different skill levels.

Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing training or educational centers.
