About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Architect in architectural design and project development
- Prepare architectural drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models and design presentations using SketchUp and Lumion
- Support in concept development, space planning, and design detailing
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for drawing updates
- Modify drawings and models based on client feedback and design revisions
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and client submissions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in architectural drafting and visualization
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- Basic knowledge of residential construction and architectural detailing
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
