About One Janitorial

One Janitorial is a commercial cleaning company operating across Canada with active US expansion. We manage roughly 700 clients and 180+ alliance partners through a 36-person fully remote team. We're scaling toward $11-12M in revenue in 2027.

We are aggressively AI-first. We've already built:
- A custom internal AI chatbot for our team's SOPs and processes
- AI agents that read HubSpot tickets, summarize them, and move them through pipelines
- A real-time HubSpot → Supabase sync pipeline
- Automated daily AI coaching reports for every department
- N8N workflows running on our own DigitalOcean server

Our CEO has built most of this himself using Claude Code — without a formal dev background. We need someone who's better than him at code, but ships at the same speed.

The Role

You build and manage AI agents and automations for One Janitorial. You ship working tools in days, not weeks. You use Codex, Claude Code,



or Cursor as your primary tool — not as a crutch, but as your way of getting things done fast while you supervise the code.

You report directly to the CEO. Our existing developer Ralph handles our Google Workspace automations — you won't touch those.

What You'll Actually Do1. Manage and improve our AI agents

We have AI agents that handle HubSpot tickets — reading them, summarizing them, deciding what pipeline stage they belong in, and updating them automatically. You will:
- Keep these agents running and reliable
- Improve their accuracy when they make mistakes
- Build recent agents as the business needs them (sales follow-up, alliance check-ins, customer service triage, and more)

2. Manage and improve our HubSpot setup

HubSpot is our CRM backbone. You will:
- Maintain our HubSpot → Supabase sync
- Build new HubSpot workflows and automations as the business needs them
- Manage the API integrations that power our dai
