Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inward and outward stock entries.
- Maintain inventory records and stock management.
- Manage dispatch and material receiving process.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock and invoices.
- Ensure accuracy of physical stock verification.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Knowledge of ERP/Odoo or inventory software will be an advantage.




- Minimum 1+ year of experience as Store Executive or Store Assistant.
- Experience in IT hardware products preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, ERP).
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible and disciplined working attitude.

Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
