ABOUT THE HEALING WIZ

The Healing Wiz runs monthly healing workshops that generate a consistent pipeline of warm, interested leads. Our Sales Executives are responsible for converting those leads into program enrollments — directly impacting the lives of participants and the revenue of the business.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Executive, you will handle inbound leads generated from the KHW Healing Workshop and convert them into program enrollments across our offerings. You will conduct consultative sales calls, manage follow-ups, and work within a structured sales process to hit your individual targets. You will report to the Sales Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct sales calls with warm leads generated from the monthly KHW workshop.
- Understand participant needs and recommend the most suitable program.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the enrollment decision.
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.




- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Chat Executives to ensure warm leads are progressed effectively.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Individual conversion rate against assigned leads.
- Revenue generated per workshop cycle.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- CRM accuracy and update discipline.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in edtech, wellness, coaching, or high-ticket B2C.
- Robust communication and persuasion skills — comfortable on calls and in written follow-ups.
- Consultative sales approach with empathy and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and resilient.
