Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director (ED) and Chief Carbon Officer (CCO) at the forefront of the evolving carbon markets space.

The Role
You will act as the primary point of contact and operational backbone for senior leadership—ensuring seamless coordination, efficient workflows, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling
Manage and optimize complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Digital Coordination
Set up and manage virtual meetings (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet), ensuring all materials, links, and agendas are shared in advance.
- Data & Reporting
Build and maintain spreadsheets to track carbon project metrics, KPIs, and budgets.
- Presentation Support
Create high-quality, board-ready presentations.



Familiarity with AI tools for content generation is a strong advantage.
- Skilled Communication

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1-3 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role
Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Tools: Strong command of calendar and virtual meeting platforms
AI Tools: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
Languages: Professional proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally and coordinate on-site when required
Location: Based in or open to relocating to Nagpur
