Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Officer with experience in gold jewellery sales, preferably gold bangles. The role involves business development, client relationship management, sales coordination, and market expansion while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new wholesalers, retailers, and distributors for gold jewellery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with jewellery clients.
- Present jewellery designs through catalogues, physical samples, and digital presentations.
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with production and post-production teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Ensure accuracy in design specifications, sizing, purity, pricing, and delivery details.




- Track pending orders and proactively update customers regarding order status.
- Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand insights.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with accounts teams for payment follow-ups and collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in gold jewellery sales, preferably bangles.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, pricing structures, and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain systematic follow-ups.
- Comfortable with catalogue-based and sample-based selling approaches.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and market visits.
