n The Role
nWe're hiring a Junior Business Development Manager to own the client and lead pipeline end-to-end, from first enquiry to project handover. You'll work closely with the founders, manage incoming leads, build relationships with clients, prepare quotations, and see projects through from the studio to site.

n Roles and Responsibilities

n Lead Management

- Handle incoming leads across calls, WhatsApp, email, and website enquiries, and ensure timely follow-upn
- Qualify leads and route them to the right next step, whether a studio visit, a call, or a design consultationn
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date record of leads and their statusn

n Business Development

- Build and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and other trade partners as a steady source of referralsn
- Represent Andaman Aisle at relevant industry meetups, site visits, and trade conversationsn
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities beyond the existing client basen

n Quotations and Project Coordination

- Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements, in coordination with the design and production teamsn
- Track every project from brief to delivery, keeping timelines, revisions, and appr
