We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled R&D; Engineer - Paint / Surface Coating Technology to support research, formulation development, testing, and technical improvement of industrial coating systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Product Development
- Conduct R&D; activities related to paints, coatings, and surface protection systems.
- Work on innovative solutions for industrial and infrastructure coating requirements.

Testing & Validation
- Perform testing and validation of coating performance as per applicable standards and specifications.
- Evaluate coating properties such as adhesion, durability, corrosion resistance, and performance.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical evaluation reports.





Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical recommendations and corrective actions for coating-related challenges.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and testing teams for product improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of R&D; trials, formulations, observations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and testing procedures.
- Prepare technical documents, SOPs, and research reports as required.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with laboratory, quality assurance, and production teams for testing and product development activities.
- Support customer and project-specific technical requirements when needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Paint / Surface Coating Technology or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in paints, coatings, or industrial RD
