Job Description: Junior Software Developer (MERN Stack)Position Overview

This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or a self-taught developer with 0 to 1 year of experience who is eager to learn, write clean code, and get hands-on experience with full-stack development using the MERN ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Integration: Build responsive, user-friendly UI components with React and integrate them with back-end APIs.
- Database Management: Write, optimize, and maintain database queries using both relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Requirements:
- Core Stack: Solid foundational knowledge of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Front-End: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+),



and building interactive components with React.
- Back-End: Understanding of server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming in Node.js.
- Databases: Hands-on experience or academic projects utilizing both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Version Control: Basic familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.

Soft Skills:
- A strong passion for software development and a continuous learning mindset.
- Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
