Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities within the banking and financial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperative banks, private banks, and financial institutions:
- Promote and sell FinTech products such as payment solutions, banking software, and digital services
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable financial technology solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Generate leads through networking, field visits, and digital outreach
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation of clients
- Stay updated on banking regulations, market trends, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Banking background is mandatory (experience in banks,



NBFCs, or financial services preferred)
- Solid understanding of cooperative banks and private banking operations:
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, especially in financial products
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word:
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and generate consistent leads
- Prior experience in FinTech, banking sales, CASA sales, or financial product selling
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
