Position:Assistant Professor - BBA & Admission Outreach Officer (Additional Responsibility)

Location:Dhulagarh, Howrah, West Bengal

Compensation:
CTC up to ₹3.0 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives + Additional Institutional Benefits

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Conduct BBA classes with effective academic delivery and student engagement
- Mentor students for academic, professional, and project-related activities
- Perform examination duties, academic coordination, and departmental responsibilities
- Contribute towards research publications, FDPs, seminars, workshops, and institutional development activities
- Support accreditation and quality assurance activities including NAAC/IQAC documentation
- Generate admission leads through tele-calling, counselling, follow-ups, and student conversion activities




- Participate in educational fairs, outreach campaigns, institutional branding, and market visits for student acquisition
- Build networking relationships with schools, coaching centres, and educational stakeholders
