Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who can own retail store projects end to end. The role is heavily oriented towards design coordination and site execution, ensuring every store is built exactly as envisioned and meets the quality standard Kimirica is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and execute detailed 2D drawings including layouts, GFCs, electrical plans and construction detailing
- Coordinate with architects and designers to ensure 3D design intent is achieved on site
- Prepare and manage BOQs with material specifications and cost understanding
- Work closely on store layouts, fixture installations and display setups
- Coordinate with vendors, mall teams and contractors for smooth execution




- Handle end to end site supervision and ensure delivery as per design
- Maintain quality, timelines and brand standards throughout the project

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, GFCs and site execution
- Experience working on retail interiors or luxury fit out projects
- Knowledge of premium materials, finishes, lighting and detailing
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage sites independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus

Preferred Profile
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Prior experience with luxury retail brands, premium interiors or mall fit outs
- Someone who understands both the design side and the ground execution reality

Bonus Points
- Experience working on beauty, cosmetic or lifestyle retail brand environments

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
